Osteopathic Soft Tissue Treatment is a two-part session designed to relax the body while improving movement and function. The session begins with therapeutic soft tissue techniques, similar to Swedish massage, using oils and balms to ease muscular tension, followed by manual osteopathy incorporating joint, fascial and Shiatsu-inspired techniques to restore balance, mobility and whole-body function.

During the first part of the session, you'll be professionally draped while the areas being treated with oils and balms are exposed one at a time. For the second phase you'll be treated fully clothed, so loose, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Osteopathic-Massage - 120 minutes · Clinic · $230

A two-hour treatment combining the warmth and relaxation of hot stone massage with the precision and individualized approach of Manual Osteopathy.

The session begins with therapeutic hot stone bodywork to help settle the body, soften muscular tension and encourage relaxation. This is followed by a tailored Manual Osteopathy treatment using gentle hands-on techniques to address areas of restriction, stiffness, imbalance and reduced mobility.

It is designed for people who want both deep relaxation and focused therapeutic care within one unhurried treatment.
